As you have mentioned that your router login page is not opening up kindly follow these steps:-
first you need to make sure that your device should be connected to the above mentioned router.then follow these steps:-
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6. now you are on router main page with all settings options.
if problem still persists kindly reset your router and re setup the device.

in order to login to the linksys router page follow the steps below:
> Connect your computer to the router wireless or Via cable
> Pull up a browser and at the very top type in 192.168.1.1 or https://linksyssmartwifi.com
> default username: admin and the Password : admin
> Now you are logged in to your router settings page
Well in that case you need to open the web browser and type in their 192.168.1.1 or linksyssmartwifi.com.
Now enter the username as “admin” and password as “password” or “admin”.
In case if its not working you need to reset your linksys router and complete the set up once again.
