You need to try the hard reset-
– Just plug power and remove all other cables.
– Now press the reset button for 30 seconds.
– Release it and wait for 4-5 minutes.
– Once you get the power LED solid and wifi LEDs working plug the ethernet cables again and re-setup your device.
– If still not working then you need to try 30-30-30- reset.
– Plug the power cable.
– Once power LED is solid press the reset button for 30 seconds.
– Now without releasing reset unplug the power and wait for 30 seconds.
– After 30 seconds plug the power cable back in and wait for another 30 seconds without releasing the reset button.
– Now release the reset button and wait for 5-10 minutes.
– In some cases, no LEDs gets on. Simply restart the router.
– Try using power socket directly rather than a surge protector.
If still not working then we can perform a manual firmware installation using utility.

In that case you need to reset your router by inserting the paper clip in reset hole on the back of your router for 15-20 seconds.
And make sure no other cable is connected on the back of it except the power cable .
Now set up your router again with all new settings .
