  • In order to setup a ASUS Router, Please follow the instructions below:
    > Connect a cord from the Modem’s LAN port to the internet port of the ASUS router
    > Connect your computer wireless or via ethernet cord to the router ethernet port
    > Pull a browser on the computer and on the very top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.50.1 and hit enter
    > Create your username and password and then follow the instructions to complete the setup.

  • – Plug the ethernet from modem to router internet port.
    – Now use another ethernet cable from the router to computer.
    – Now open your browser.
    – Type in the address 192.168.1.1 or http://www.router.asus.com
    – A setup wizard will appear and follow the steps.

  • TO SET UP YOUR ASUS ROUTER You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
    after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway 192.168.1.1 in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .
    6.that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.
    7. Once the set up is complete connect your devices and use the internet.
