  • Yes, you can use 2 extenders with few restrictions.

    Do not wirelessly connect one extender to another. Performance for the second extender will usually be unsatisfactory. Therefore, each extender should connect to the main router.
    Both extenders should not broadcast the same SSID as the main router. This is the default setting but many people often set up an extender to broadcast the same SSID to avoid programming devices with two separate SSIDs. You won’t be able to do this with two extenders because there is a risk of them connecting to each other instead of the main router. This restriction doesn’t apply if you are able to wire the extenders to the main router via Ethernet .

  • Yes you can do that, only difference in setting up your 2 extenders with same router is you have to assign the different wireless names to both extender.
    Rest all procedure will remain same and configure your extenders but only one at a time then go for second one.

  • Yes you can setup to extenders together to the netgear router, Please follow the instruction :
    Extender 1
    1> Plug your extender near to the router first at least 5 feets away
    2> connect your computer to the SSID network name of your extender wifi.
    3> pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.1 or https://www.extender.linksys.com and hit enter
    4> Enter the default password that is “admin”
    5> Follow the instruction to complete the setup make sure you name it different then you primary wifi maybe example as abc_ext and complete the setup.

    Extender 2
    1> First four steps above will be the same to configure the extender 2
    2> give it a different name example: xyz_ext
    3> Complete the setup by following instructions

    Note: The password can be the same as your primary wifi password for both the extender . Once the setup is complete for each extender try and connect your devices to both your extended new wifi name and check if the internet works fine.
