how do i login to the amped range extender website to update the firmware for my extender?

To Login to Amped wireless main page kindly follow these steps:-
1. Launch an Internet browser from a computer or wireless device that is connected to the network.
2. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
3. Type CMD in the run box.
4. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
5. Open your default gateway in any browser.
6. Type your user name and password .
7. It will open your router main page.

1. Open your web browser and go to http://setup.ampedwireless.com
2. When the menu appears, click on More Settings then click Management (left side menu)
3. Go to Upgrade Firmware.
4. Click on Check Now to find the latest Firmware
5. Once the new firmware is found, follow the prompt to upgrade the firmware
6. The Router will reboot and your page will refresh when completed.
7. Your firmware has now been updated. You may disconnect your computer from the Router and begin using it normally.

In Order to update the firmware of the Amped Wireless extender Please follow the instruction Below:
> Connect your Computer to the Extended Wirless
> Pull up a browser on the computer and at the very top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.240 or 192.168.1.254 and then hit enter.
> you will be logged in into the dashboard of the Amped wireless
> On theScreen you will see “firmware for the device is available” click on that it will show up a file to update, click on yes and wait. firmware will be updated.
Open your browser and type in the browser 192.168.1.240 and setup.ampedwireless.com
Now you will see on the dashboard top new firmware available .
Click on that and go for it.
