  • In Order to setup a Asus Router please follow the following instruction:
    > Connect a cable from your modem LAN to the internet port of your router.
    > connect your computer to the router wireless or Via Ethernet Cable
    > Pull up a browser and at the very top type in 192.168.50.1
    > You will get through a login screen Username : admin and Password: admin then Hit login
    > it will ask you to select a new name and password and then click on modify
    > you will see a setup wizard > Follow the instruction to complete the setup.
    > once the setup is complete connect your devices to the network.

  • TO SET UP YOUR ASUS ROUTER You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
    after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway 192.168.1.1 in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .
    6.that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.
    7. Once the set up is complete connect your devices and use the internet.

    8. kindly upgrade the router firmware as well if there is any update pending over there.
