  • If your you-tube is not working maybe because your kids did something wrong on the computer accidentally. Follow the instructions below to fix the issue:
    > Try to reset the browser that you are trying to use for your you-tube
    > Turn off your PC and then try to go online to You-Tube
    > Run a scan with your Antivirus programme on the computer
    > Please make sure you remove the History of your browser
    > Install extensions like Ad-block Plus or U block Origin

Tip : To prevent this to happen again you can install an Extension called You-tube Enhancer on your browser that would keep you-tube Adds free online white list add will appear.

  • Clear your cache and web browser cookies, i.e:web browser settings>Privacy(and/or security)>Clear browsing data>check the appropriate boxes>Clear browsing data.
Reconnect with your wireless network again, and check if your routers firmware is up to date or not.
Restart your pc and check it again , it will work for you.

  • As you have mentioned that you are not able to play you tube videos on your computer kindly check few things:-
    1.Internet Connection
If you don’t have a fast enough Internet connection to watch videos on YouTube, you’ll notice persistent buffering and choppy playback when trying to view content.
    2.Browser Issues
A problem with your browser or an extension installed on it may be causing problems with YouTube – you can quickly test for this by switching to an alternative browser program to see if the issues disappear. If YouTube works without problems in an alternative program, focus your troubleshooting efforts on your default browser. Upgrading your browser to the latest version, updating the plugins installed on it (particular Adobe Flash), disabling extensions that may be conflicting with YouTube and clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may all help to resolve problems with YouTube.
    3.System Resources
Although YouTube runs through your browser, playing back video on your computer requires a significant amount of CPU processing power and space in your system’s RAM. Close down any unused programs and background utilities to free up as many system resources as possible.
    4.Security Problem
Another possibility is that your firewall or another security tool is blocking access to YouTube. Check within your installed security software to make sure that YouTube is listed as a trusted site that’s allowed to operate without interference. Update your firewall and other security programs with the latest updates and definition files.
