The WPS thing on my Bell Alients does not work how do i connect my Amped wireless Manually to it?

In order to setup a range extender follow the below given steps:
> Plug in the Extender to a wall outlet directly
> Connect your computer to the wifi of your extender to the default SSID or the network name
> pull up a browser and at the top type in 192.168.1.240
> you will see a screen click on scan
> select your existing network and enter the password
> it will take 2- 3 minutes to complete the setup
To setup your amped extender with ethernet cable kindly follow these steps:-
1.PLACE THE RANGE EXTENDER IN A LOCATION WHERE IT CAN RECEIVE STRONG SIGNAL FROM YOUR WIRELESS ROUTER.
2. Disconnect your PC from all Wi-Fi networks.
3. Attach an Ethernet cable (not included) between the PC and the Range Extender.
4. Open your web browser and go to http://setup.ampedwireless.com again.
5.The Dashboard will provide you with the current status of the Range Extender.
6.Click Scan to find available networks to extend.
7.Select your network and follow the onscreen instructions and complete the setup.
