Yes you can all you need to do is
Open a web browser on your computer, smartphone or tablet and access web-based setup page by entering http://extender.linksys.com or 192.168.1.1 in the Address bar.
Login in to it by entering default username and password.
Now select your wifi and enter the password for it and manage all the ssid settings.
Save all the settings and connect your computer , phone with new client by entering a new password.
Thanks for sharing your query with us ,NO you cannot connect with your client through your home network using a client vpn because Linksys Wi-Fi Routers can only act as a VPN Passthrough.
