When the extender is configured sometime the default IP address for the extender gets changed, in order to get to the extender page first you would need to login to your router page go into the Device MAP or the DHCp device table you will see the extender connected to it you will see the ip address assigned to the extender and open a new tab on the browser login to the new IP address the extender page will come up.
As you have mentioned that you are not able to login to the main page of extender however internet is working fine in this case kindly open your router’s main page then under dhcp list you will find various devices connected to it . kindly find your extender over there and note down the ip address assigned to extender.
open up any browser on the device that is connected with extender network and type the same ip address and from there you will be able to open main page of your extender.
