If you encounter errors during initial setup, you need to reset your Wi-Fi range extender to its default state or place your Wi-Fi range extender within the range of your main Wi-Fi network.

Don’t worry , if you encounters issue while doing the set up .
First of all you need to hard reset the Extender by inserting the reset pin in reset pin hole for 30 seconds .
Then unplug it from the wall and wait for 2 – 3 mins.
Then reconnect your extender back to the wall and try to configure it again, it will work
