How do I change the wireless network of my Wi-Fi range extender?

• You can change the wireless network that you want to extend with your Wi-Fi range extender by resetting or restoring it to factory defaults.

• There are 2 common ways of doing so :-
  1. Reset your extender to the default configuration settings of it .
  2. Manually changed the wireless password and name of your extender by logging in to the access page of your extender.

• To change the settings of your wireless network you need to follow these steps:-
  1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
  2. Type CMD in the run box.
  3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
  4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
  5. Type your user name and password .
  6. It will open router main page then you need to go to wireless section .
  7. Under wireless section you can change passphrase/network key and network name as well.
  8. save the settings and connect your devices with new settings.
