  • As you have mentioned that signal light turns red for some time it means either your extender is not getting proper frequency & signals from your router or there is some obstruction in your network.
    kindly check the same and try to change the place of extender but that should be in range of your router.

  • Red light means there is something which is blocking the connectivity and the extender is not getting proper session. Try restarting your device, perform power cycle and check the status and if that doesn’t work then perform factory reset and configure your device again.
