How to update the router firmware if i have recieved a email.

As you have mentioned that you got email to update the firmware of your router its good however I will suggest you not to upgrade the firmware by any email as it can be a phishing email. So to update the firmware of your router kindly follow these steps:-
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6. now you are on router main page .
7. you need to go to advanced tab and then administration there you will find upgrade of your
router.
8. click on update it will take 2-3 minutes and it will reboot your router automatically after
updation.
now your firmware of router has been successfully updated.

Connect your computer with router and launch any internet browser using interface http://www.routerlogin.net
Log into router dashboard and once you logged in it will you give you the prompt for firmware upgrade
