smart tv does not recognize TP Link Archer C7 router. Ipad, 3 computers, cell phone all connected without problems.  Live Chat had a tech call me, who accessed my computer and then wanted to charge me a $110.00 to fix my network and computer issues. Not willing to pay for HELP. Will go back to my old router...which worked just fine unless you can provide Free Help.

As you have mentioned that smart tv does not recognize your TP Link Archer C7 router in this case kindly follow these steps:-
1.First of all reset the settings of your Smart T.v.
2. to connect with fresh settings again kindly follow these steps.
3.Hit the Home button on your TV remote.
4.Select Settings > Network > Network Connections.
5.Select Wireless.
5.Click Start Connection.
6. now you will see all available networks at your place.
7. connect to your router network.
8. It will ask your wireless network passphrase so kindly enter it with the help of remote.
9. click on connect and it might take few seconds in order to connect.
now your tv is wirelessly connected with your Tp Link router.
you can connect your tv with the help of ethernet cable as well but your tv should have ethernet port for this. if problem still persists kindly reset your router and re setup the device.
