  • To configure guest network on Tp link archer wifi router kindly follow these steps:-
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .
    6. It will open router main page then click Change under Guest Network. The Guest
    Network screen opens.
    7. For dual band routers,you can choose to enable either or both bands’ guest network.Check “Guest Network(2.4G)”and/or “Guest Network(5G)”to enable this function, then you can set the Guest Network’s SSID and Security. There are only two security types available, Disable Wireless Security & WPA/WPA2-Personnal. It is recommended to select WPA/WPA2-Personnal as the security type. Then please type in a Wireless Password as you like. Please click Save to make the settings take effect.

  • 1. Login into the router dashboard page
    2. Go to Guest account settings
    3. Enable the settings from there for 2.4 G / 5 G Network
    4. Save the settings and you are good to go

  • Connect your computer with router hardwired or wireless.
    Log into router page and got guest access.
    Configure you guest account settings and click save.

  • 1.You need be connected and login into your tplink router.
    2.Use tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1 to get login page for the router.
    3.Default login credentials is admin for both username and password.
    4.Once you get to the dashboard, check guest network option on the left panel.
    5.Choose the name, security type and password and save the settings.
    6.Make sure you click on the reboot option on the bottom of the same screen to complete the settings.
