  • Thanks for sharing your concern with us ,kindly confirm is your router detecting your usb or not ? are you able to use share vault or not. kindly confirm as this is not all about lights its all about the detection of usb drive.

    2. Cables should be connected properly and no loose connection should be there
    3. Try changing the usb cable
