MY PRINTER IS PRINTING SOMETIMES AND IN B/W IT SAYS PRINTER IS OFFLINE AND THEN STARTED PRINTING AGAIN?

WIRELESS LIGHT IS ALWAYS  FLASHING ON THE PRINTER BUT THAT NEEDS TO BE SOLID AND MY PRINTER IS ALSO CONNECTED TO THE WIRELESS?

WARNING LIGHT {YELLOW ONE } IS ON PERMANENTLY

  • As you have mentioned that there is some connectivity issue with your cannon printer in this case kindly check whether your printer is placed in the range of your router or not. If not then relocate your printer.if problem still persists just re configure your printer with your router.
    To reconfigure your Cannon Printer kindly follow these steps:-
    1. on your printer panel you need to press wi fi button then you will see a blinking
    light over there.
    2. then you need to go for wireless settings under settings you need to look for
    wireless setup wizard.
    3. your printer will search for available networks.
    4. select your network name and give the right password to it.
    5. click on connect it will be connected then you can print test wireless settings page .
    6. then you need to download software for your printer from official cannon website.
    7. after downloading just follow the setup wizard and you are good to go now.

  • 1. Try restarting your printer
    2. Reset the printer to factory defaults
    3. Go to Wireless and configure the wireless settings again by choosing your respective SSID and Password
    4. Once done print the test page to check the status of the printer
    5. By using these steps you are good to go
