• To take your Linksys wrt54g router to the default settings kindly reset your Router. there are two ways :-
  Method 1- Grab a paper clip and look for the reset button which you can find on the rear panel of your router . now you need to press the reset button with paper clip for almost 7-10 seconds while its plugged in to a wall socket. when you will press reset button you will notice change in pattern of lights blinking on the front. all lights will be off for a while except power light.
  2. On your computer, launch a web browser. In the address field of your browser, enter
  the default gateway of your system. A login screen displays.Leave blank in the user name box and type admin for password If you have not yet personalized your password.now go to maintenance then go to back up settings there you will find revert to factory default settings, click erase button and confirm the action.
  By using above mentioned steps you can reset your router. you need to use only one method either method 1 or method 2.
