  • 1. Go to the official website and according to the Model you are using download the file and run the installer.
    2. You can also go to the router dashboard and go to Advanced and search for latest firmware and update it from there.
    3. When you will run this operation internet may go down for 2-3 minutes but will be back once updation is completed and devices will get reconnected automatically.

  • Updating firmware fixes the previous version’s bugs and improves its functionality. This action must be done especially if you start experiencing connectivity issues with your device. you just need to log in to your extender dashboard using any computer or any other device but that device should be connected to the same extender. now under dashboard settings you will find option to upgrade the firmware if pending any. You can download the latest firmware from official website as well and then manually can upgrade the firmware as well.
