I want to setup me asus router on my frontier modem cum router..I am getting an error ip conflict detected

No need to worry you just need to open the IP address of your Asus ac 3100 Router.
Then go into the WAN settings and select the automatic IP address from there.
Your router will go ahead and reboot itself and apply all the changes.
Now reconnect your pc with wifi and open the new IP address assigned there.
Your issues will be resolved.

1. Login into Asus ac3100 dashboard
2. Go to WAN settings and chnage the settings from there and select automatic IP address
3. Reboot the modem and issue resolved
To resolve Ip conflict issue kindly follow these steps:-
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6. now you are on router main page under wan settings select automatic Ip address.
7. your router will reboot after these changes.
