I AM NOT ABLE T TO UPDATE THE PS 4 TIO NEW ONE ....GETTING ERROR WHILE DOING THAT .

Turn off your ps4 by holding the power button.
Boot to safe mode by holding the power button until you hear two beeps.
While in safe mode, restore storage, restart , boot back to safe mode, then install the update.
Reboot it and it will start working as usual.
If you still facing the problem feel free to dial 1-800-603-4024 and get it fixed from expertise.
1.Go into the Notifications and try to cancel the Download from there.
2.Then shut your system off and turn it back on, it should reboot the download.
-Restart your Play station first.
-Now on pc connect a usb drive.
-Open this link https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/\
-Download the latest firmware.
-Now on USB create a folder by name PS4 >UPDATE.
-Copy downloaded firmware in update folder.
-Plug it into ps4 and go to system update .
-Follow online instruction to complete the update from Usb.

2.Download the latest firmware.Now on USB create a folder by name PS4 >UPDATE.
3.Copy downloaded firmware in update folder.Plug it into ps4 and go to system update .
4.Follow online instruction to complete the update from Usb.
