Led on my Belkin is not coming up and I;m sure its not a hardware issue ?what to do now ?

If the Belkin Setup is unable to communicate with your range extender during the installation process, make sure that it is powered ON. In case you are still unable to connect, reset your range extender. To do so, press and hold the reset button of your range extender for at least 10 seconds then release it. Resetting is a process that restores your range extender’s settings to factory defaults.
Check your status (lights) and then run->cmd and enter
ipconfig /all
To see the settings
You should have a gateway and DNS addresses
In this scenario kindly Reset your device while plugged in into a wall socket with the help of a paper clip.It will be reseted now you need to reconfigure your extender again . To reconfigure kindly follow these stps:-
There are several ways to configure your Belkin extender i.e ethernet cable method ,wps method and many more but i am sharing wps method here for wps method you need to follow these steps:-
1. connect your extender in a direct wall socket near by your router for setup.
2. press wps button on your extender for 3-5 seconds.
3. press wps button on your router (you can do it by accessing router main page also).
4. it will be connected to your routers network.
5. you will see your network name with ext affixed in it.
6. connect to the same network .
7. it will open a setup wizard for you.
8. follow the on screen instructions and you are good to go now.

Follow these simple steps-
-Keep you extender plugged off for 5 minutes.
-Now plug your extender in wall socket.
-Wait 2-3 minutes then press the reset pinhole for 20 seconds then unplug your extender without releasing reset button .
-Wait 10 seconds then plug it back and hold the reset for 10 seconds more .
We never released the reset button in this 40 seconds process .
-If all the Lights are back then wait 5 minutes otherwise unplug it and plug it back after 5 minutes.
In this case you have to made the hard wire conmnection from your extender to the computer .
Then you have to check is your pc getting the connectivity or internet access from your extender or not.
If your computer is getting the Ip address of your extender then you can use your extenderand yes that is not a hardware problem.
But in case still if you are not getting any ip address from extender this a hardware issue.
