Before setting up the printer on your wireless network, gather the network name and password, and turn on your router, printer, and computer.
:-Make sure the router and computer are turned on, and that the computer is connected to the same wireless network to which you want to connect the printer. Turn on the printer and place it close to the computer and within range of the router during the setup procedure.
:-From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then Touch the Wireless icon .
Touch the Setup icon .
Touch Wireless Settings, and then touch Wireless Setup Wizard.
Touch the name of your network in the list of available networks, and then touch OK.
type the network password, and then touch Done.
Download and install the most current version of your printer’s full feature software from the HP website.

To setup your hp office jet printer with linksys r7000 router there are several ways i.e by usb cable , wps method or with the help of printer panel. you can connect your printer with usb cable first (if possible) then you can turn it into wireless device with the help of basic drivers.

1. on your printer panel you need to press wi fi button then you will see a blinking
light over there.
2. then you need to go for wireless settings under settings you need to look for
wireless setup wizard.
3. your printer will search for available networks.
4. select your network name and give the right password to it.
5. click on connect it will be connected then you can print test wireless settings
page .
6. then you need to download software for your printer from official hp website.
7. after downloading just follow the setup wizard and you are good to go now.

1.Go to wireless setup wizard on printer and choose WPS method
2.Go to your router screen and choose WPS mode
3.Select the WPS mode on the printer and the WIFI light on the printer will start flashing and at the same time hit the WPS button on the router page
4.It will take 5-10 seconds and once connected printer screen will show the status as connected and the WIFI light on the printer will become solid green
5.Install the drivers and you can start using your printer
