  • Hi Edward thanks for sharing the concern however there is dns settings for netgear router but you have mentioned the term dsn. it will be a great help for us if you will brief us the concern which you are facing.

  • DNS account setup :-

    :-Launch your Internet browser and type http://www.routerlogin.net in the address field to get to the router GUI.
    :- Enter the router’s username and password. Default username is admin and password is password.
    :-Click on the ADVANCED tab, go to ADVANCE setup and select the Dynamic DNS Option.
    :-Enable the Dynamic DNS and apply the settings.
    :-Once applied, make sure DDNS SERVICE PROVIDER is selected as NETGEAR.
    :-Enter the HOSTNAME, EMAIL, and PASSWORD.
    :-Once you click on REGISTER, you will get a confirmation stating that an email has been sent to your email address.
    :-Open another browser session, login to your email and confirm the email from MYNETGEAR Dynamic DNS and click on the activation link.
    :-Once you click on the activation link, you will get a confirmation that your account is now activated.
    :-You can also manage your NETGEAR DDNS account by logging into the NOIP.com website.
    :-Once account is activated, verify that the NETGEAR dynamic DNS is working.
    :-Confirm the following:
    -YES is selected.
    -The account and hostname information is correct.
    -Click on Show Status and confirm that the IP address matches the WAN IP of the router.
    -Your NETGEAR DDNS account is now setup and working properly!
