To enhance Linksys wrt3200acm with open source firmware You need to follow these steps:-
1. There are several open source firmware available for your router but i will recommend to go
with DD-wrt open source firmware.
2. Open any browser on your computer and open this link https://www.dd-wrt.com/site/.
3. Go to router database ,type the model number of your router in search box.
4. Now you will find the open source firmware for your router.
5. Download the file on your computer.
6. Now after doing this just unplug all cables from your router except power cable.
7. Grab a paper clip and reset your router by holding reset button for atleast 20-30 seconds.
8. After reset just connect a ethernet cable from your router to computer.
9. check the default gateway and open the same on any browser.
10.It will open the setup wizard so follow the onscreen instructions carefully.
11.After setup open router main page and go to connectivity Tab and manually upload the
downloaded file(open source firmware file) from there .
12. It might take few minutes in order to update the firmware for your router.
13. After reboot you will see a new user interface as well as lots of feature for your router .

:-First we need to perform 30-30-30 reset
:-Unplug all cables from router except power
:-Use a paper clip and press and hold it for 30 seconds while holding it down unplug the router from walloutlet
:While holding it down plug the router into walloutlet than hold it down for 30 seconds.
:-We need to perform this step three times.
:-Once we completed reset part.
:-Wait for two-five minutes
:-Connect your computer hard wired with modem
:-Open internet browser and than go to https://www.dd-wrt.com/site/.
:-Download firmware for your router and save it on desktop
:-Go to your router page
:-Update the frimware manually
:-Connect the cable from modem to router and router to computer.
:-Now your router is unleashed
:-You can change the username and password aswell.
