I tried to configure its configured but when I connect my devices with it stop working..I reset it and configured it again still same I updated the firmware but its not working...

AS you have mentioned that your netgear ex 2700 is not working properly and you have tried almost everything to make it working. there are few things which you need to check here:-
1. The distance between your main router and extender should not be more than 25-30 feets.
2. You need to check the firmware upgrade of your main router as well and if any update is pending kindly update it.
3. the setup of your extender might not completed in a proper way.
4. kindly reset your extender while its plugged in to a wall socket.
5. your extender should be direcly plugged in to a wall socket.(Dont use extension cord or surge protector.)
just hard reset your extender with the help of paper clip and re setup the device. I am sharing some steps to setup the extender kindly follow the steps:-
There are several ways to connect your netgear extender i.e ethernet cable method ,wps method and many more but i am sharing wps method here for wps method you need to follow these steps:-
1. connect your extender in a direct wall socket near by your router for setup.
2. press wps button on your extender for 3-5 seconds.
3. press wps button on your router (you can do it by accessing router main page also).
4. it will be connected to your routers network.
5. you will see your network name with ext affixed in it.
6. connect to the same network .
7. it will open a setup wizard for you.
8. follow the on screen instructions and you are good to go now.
9. you can Login to the web user interface of your netgear WiFi Extender using
http://myWiFiext.net but the device should be connected to extender network.
(if problem still persists you can reset your device.)

As you tried all troubleshooting steps to congifure it and you said extender is configured but when you connect your devices it stop working ..
:-Access your router page
:-Turn off the router firewall
:-Reset your extender
:-Configure it again
:-Now you can connect your devices it will work .
:-If problem still persist call at 1-800-603-4024 and get additional help from expertise..
Reasons which make your extender not work-
1.Using surge protector .So only use wall socket.
2.Try firmware update .
3.Changing channel on the router to 6 or 11 .Then setup it again.
4.See if your Router or modem is enable with firewall protection.If yes then disable it.
5.Also check any anti virus in installed if yes then disable the security for a particular time and check if the extender is working or not.
