Hi, I have a Netgear model R6300v2 and I have lost my website, genie support, and my administrative PIN and PASSWORD. How can I retrieve it ?

Since you cannot recall your admin password, the only option left here is to reset the netgear router and reconfigure it again using the default credentials. You can reset the router using the steps mentioned below:
- Firstly, ensure that the router’s light is on.
- Locate the Reset button at the back of the router.
- With the help of any paper clip or similar object, just press the reset button. Try to hold it for 7-10 seconds.
- Now, release the button and the router will reboot to factory defaults.
