Try updating the firmware of the d-link router thts the only option right now.

A lot of customers are facing this same problem with this Dlink router(DIR-882). They are not able to connect their Xbox One or Xbox 360 with the router's wifi network. In that case, you need to update the firmware of your Dlink router. That's the only solution.
