How to connect the comfast extender with the netgear wndr4500 router?









In order to connect your Comfast extender to the network, please follow the instructions below:
Plug your extender to the power socket and wait until it boots up. Connect your extender to the computer via Ethernet or wireless. Pull up a browser and at the top of the address bar type in 192.168.10.1 You will get to the screen for your comfast extender Login, Enter the default password "admin" and hit enter. Follow the online instructions and complete the setup.

please follow these steps:
Turn ON your Comfast extender
connect your computer with the Extender’s network
Open your browser and type this address:- 192.168.10.1
It will take you to the setup login page
enter the login password(default is admin)
Once you are logged in, then click on the repeater option
Now it will scan for the available wifi networks, select your Netgear router’s wifi network that you want to extend
After that enter the wifi password and then click on the connect button.
now extender will reboot to save the settings.

Plug the extender directly into the wall socket near to the Netgear wndr4500 router for the initial setup.
-Once you will see that Power light is solid and wireless light is blinking then connect either one of your wireless devices to the Comfast Extender’s network.
-After connecting to the extender’s network open the web browser and at the long address bar type http://192.168.10.1
-Now follow the onscreen instructions to complete the setup and after completing the setup extender will reboot.
-Once you found that extender showing all the lights are one except ethernet that means its got connected to the main router’s network, now try to connect any one of your devices to the extender network so that we can make sure that extender is working fine.
