when ever i play game on my internet i get connection lost error in it. I tried to fix this. Please help me .

If you are getting lost connection it could be firmware issue so upgrade the firmware or simply reset the router and follow this guide to set it up again –
1.PLUG IN THE ROUTER TO THE POWER.
2.Connect an Ethernet cable from modem to your router’s WAN port.
3.Connect another cable from router to computer .
4.Now open your browser and type in the address bar http://routerlogin.net .
5.follow the instructions on the screen.
6.Once your setup is completed remove the Ethernet from computer.
7.Now try to use it and if you face any issue simply reach us at 1 -800-603-4024
If there is any update pending so you can update it by these steps:-
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open Router default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6. now you are on router main page .
7. you need to go to advanced tab and then administration there you will find upgrade of your
router.
8. click on update it will take 2-3 minutes and it will reboot your router automatically after
updation.
now your firmware of router has been successfully updated.
If You are getting connection lost error with your night hawk ac1900 router you need to check few things :-
1. the device on which you are accessing internet should be in the range of your router.
2. check the signal strength on your device .
3. check the network firewall or any kind of security is not conflicting on your device.
4. check for the firmware updates if any update is pending on your router kindly update it.
5. check the wireless frequency and channel on the router main page.
6. go to Advanced setup on router main page, and go to WAN setup, and set the MTU at 1400.
if problem still persists simply reset your router with the help of a paper clip and re setup the device to re setup the router kindly follow these steps:-
You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.

4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6. that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.
7. while following the setup wizard kindly make sure the settings you are choosing is correct
i.e time zone and wireless network name and key.
8. kindly upgrade the router firmware as well if there is any update pending over there.
if problem still persists you can reset your router and follow the same steps.
