Extend your Internet access in few easy steps:
:-Connect the power cable.
:-Plug in the range extender midway between your router and the area without Wi-Fi.
:-Once a solid light appears on the range extender cover, connect to the Wi-Fi network “Linksys Extender Setup.”
:-Follow the instructions and once its done
:-Connect your devices with extender
As you have clearly mentioned that your internet provider has been changed so they might change the router as well at your place so in this case you need to re setup your extender as your extender was configured with old settings so here you need to reset your extender and re setup the device with new settings.
THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS TO CONNECT YOUR LINKSYS RE 3000W EXTENDER I.E ETHERNET CABLE METHOD ,WPS METHOD AND MANY MORE BUT I AM SHARING WPS METHOD HERE FOR WPS METHOD YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
1. CONNECT YOUR EXTENDER IN A DIRECT WALL SOCKET NEAR BY YOUR ROUTER FOR SETUP.
2. PRESS WPS BUTTON ON YOUR EXTENDER FOR 3-5 SECONDS.
3. PRESS WPS BUTTON ON YOUR ROUTER (YOU CAN DO IT BY ACCESSING ROUTER MAIN PAGE ALSO).
4. IT WILL BE CONNECTED TO YOUR ROUTERS NETWORK.
5. YOU WILL SE YOUR NETWORK NAME WITH EXT AFFIXED IN IT.
6. CONNECT TO THE SAME NETWORK .
7. IT WILL OPEN A SETUP WIZARD FOR YOU.
8. FOLLOW THE ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO NOW.

Steps to setup your Linksys RE3000 –
1.To do a quick and fast setup just connect your extender into the wall socket.
2.Press the reset pinhole for 30 seconds then release it and wait for 1-2 minutes.
3.Connect an Ethernet cable from lan port of your extender to your computer.
4.Connect your computer to extender’s network . (Linksys_Extender setup)
5.Open your browser and type http://extender.linksys.com or type 192.168.1.1 .
6.Step wizard will appear and just click on start and follow the steps to complete the setup.
As you have changed your internet service provider ,you need to configure your router again with your new modem box with fresh internet settings .
1.Plug in your router to the wall and configure your router first with new modem box.
2.Once it is configured , then plug in your extender to the wall socket.
3.Now press the wps button on your router and extender at the same time.
4.Once the lights on your extender are solid your extender is connected with your router.
5.Open your browser and type in there https://extender.linksys.com or 192.168.1.1
6.Set up wizard will appear and click on start and follow the instructions to complete the set up.
