in that case, you can either reboot your router and that doesn't helps then you have to reset your router and then reconfigure it again.

  1. Restart your Dlink Router(unplug the Power cable from your Router and wait for at least 15 seconds and then plug it again) and then try again.
  2. If the above option worked, that's great! Otherwise, you need to reset your Router and then reconfigure it again.

If you are not able to get to the login page for your Dlink router DIR 605 please follow the instructions below:

First of all make sure the router is connected to the computer via ethernet or wifi, pull up a browser and at the top of the address bar type in 192.168.0.1 or try 192.168.1.1 and hit enter.

you will get to the login screen for your Dlink router.

the default username is "admin" and password is "blank"

Thank you

if you aretrying to open up the Dlink DIR-605 Router's page, it says this site can't be reached , then maybe you are trying the wrong IP address OR you are not connected with router's network. If none of these are the reason , then we will have to reset the router by pressing the reset button and hold it for 30 seconds using the paper clip. Then after if you will try the admin page it will come up.

make sure that you are using the right web address or you can use the IP address that is 192.168.0.1

if it still doesn't works then you can reset the router and then try again.
