that means it is not getting the internet from the router.

If your arlo VMB3500 basestation only showing the power light,this means there is not internet on the device.So in this case either check the ethernet cable is plugged in properly and there is no loose connection.We can also check if the arlo is sychronised or not.

In such case try to reset your router
Then you need to check the Ethernet between your router and the base station
If again its not working may be its a hardware issue to the base station
