  • Try these troubleshooting steps to connect your kindle
:-Check the wireless connectivity on your Kindle. If wireless connectivity is not enabled, your Kindle will not automatically connect
:-Use Channel 1-11. Check that your wireless router is set to use a Wi-Fi channel from 1 to 11.
:-Restart your Kindle and modem and/or router. Press and hold the power button for seven seconds until the Power dialog box appears and then tap Screen Off. Turn off your router and/or modem for 30 seconds and then turn them back on. After your router and/or modem restarts, press and hold the power button on your Kindle until it turns on, and then try to connect to your Wi-Fi network again.

If you still unable to connect than dial 1-800-603-4024 and get additional help from expertise.
    Thankyou
