  • Try these troubleshooting steps to connect your kindle
:-Check the wireless connectivity on your Kindle. If wireless connectivity is not enabled, your Kindle will not automatically connect
:-Use Channel 1-11. Check that your wireless router is set to use a Wi-Fi channel from 1 to 11.
:-Restart your Kindle and modem and/or router. Press and hold the power button for seven seconds until the Power dialog box appears and then tap Screen Off. Turn off your router and/or modem for 30 seconds and then turn them back on. After your router and/or modem restarts, press and hold the power button on your Kindle until it turns on, and then try to connect to your Wi-Fi network again.

If you still unable to connect than dial 1-800-603-4024 and get additional help from expertise.
    Thankyou

  • AS PER YOUR PROBLEM THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS YOU NEED TO CHECK :-

    1. WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY SHOULD BE ENABLED ON YOUR KINDLE.
    2. YOU NEED TO CHECK CHANNEL FREQUENCY AS WELL IT SHOULD BE IN BETWEEN 1-11.
    3. YOU NEED TO POWER CYCLE YOUR DEVICES LIKE MODEM, ROUTER AS WELL AS YOUR KINDLE .
TURN OFF ALL THE DEVICES AND WAIT FOR ATLEAST 1 MINUTE AND THEN RESTART YOUR DEVICES
AND TRY TO CONNECT TO YOUR NETWORK.
    4. KINDLY CHECK YOUR ROUTER SETTINGS AS WELL.
    5. UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE AS WELL OF YOUR ROUTER THAT CAN BE A REASON.
IF PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS YOU CAN RESET YOUR KINDLE BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:-
    1. Make sure the Kindle is turned ON.
    2. Press the Power button for at least 20 seconds.
    3. Wait for it to reboot – wait a minute or two.
    4. Your kindle should be back to a responsive state.
    5. You will have to go through the setup again and then synchronize to put your e-books and other
