My Arlo Base Station is showing all green lights and its working but on the arlo account it still says your base station is offline,how do i fix that?

My Arlo Base Station is showing all green lights and its working but on the Arlo account it still says your base station is offline, how do i fix that?

You need to reset your base station again and reconfigure it again and re sync your cameras again

Steps you need to follow :

  • Make sure that the base station is connected directly to the wall socket.
  • You can try to reset your Basestation and than configure it again.

In this case you need to reset your base station and reconfigure it again and Re-sync your cameras again.
