Whenever I try to install arlo base station it says "We are unable to claim your arlo device".

1.Call 1-800-603-4024 toll free where we will regenerate your account for your base station.
2.Make sure you have your serial number .
3.Store name or website from where you got the device .
4.You also need to reset before setting the base station.
5.Once your base station registered on your new email you can setup arlo account.
