Whenever i try to connect my epson et-4500 printer, it says connection failed,what should i do?

Press the up or down arrow button, select setup, and press the ok button.

Press the up or down arrow button, select restore default settings, and press the ok button.

Press the up or down arrow button to select networ settings and press the ok button. (Your network settings are restored now)

Try to connect Your printer again with the WiFi.

There are some troubleshooting steps that we can try which are as follows:-

  • If your router is dual band then make sure that the wifi names are different for both the bands
  • Change the channels for the wifi (for 2.4G ,change it to 11 and for 5G, change it to 157)
  • Restart your Router once and then try to connect the printer again to the wifi.
  • Check if there is any new firmware available for your router

if above methods are not working ,then restore your epson printer to the factory defaults and then connect your printer to the wifi.

On the printer screen ,Press Up and Down arrow key and select ok,then do the same and select restore default settings and ok,do the same and select network settings and ok.Its all good to go,now we can try to print.
