Static IP Address is the fixed Ip Address that can not be changed, unless you do not make any changes. The Dynamic IP changes regularly whenever user connects to a network.

Static IP means ,manually assigns the ip address to your wireless devices and it can not be changed until and unless you change by yourself.

Dynamic IP means , router will provide ip address to each and every wireless device automatically and this ip address is not fixed ,it can be changed whenever user is going to connect his devices

The static IP is fixed which means it could not be changed until the user wants to change it. Conversely, the Dynamic IP changes frequently and each time the user connects to a network.
