  • Steps you need to do –

    1.Make sure you have working internet.
    2.Connect your smartphone on wireless or Cellular Network.
    3.Then go to settings.
    4.Select >Mail>Add account>Tap other>Add mail account.
    5.Fill your account details.
    6.Your account has been setup.

  • As you told that your i phone is not getting email kindly check few things here:-

    1. your i phone is connected to internet or not.
    2. if your phone is connected to internet then you can check for your email settings like pop,smtp
    or imap settings .
    3. you can power cycle your phone once and then check the synchronising settings again.
    4. you can remove your account from your phone .
    5. you can add the account again.
    6. some times there can be a server issue as well.
    7. you can quit and restart the mail app as well.
    8. you can update ios .
    9. If its a private domain email you need to get in touch with your it team .
