i wanted to extend my Wifi signal so that my wireless blue ray would pick up a signal better, and that my Direct TV wireless would work better. Will this router work for that? N600??

The model number which is mentioned is not right,It has to be the other model number of the router.This question is not correct.

I am sorry but the model you mentioned is not correct, so please double check the model number of your router/extender.
N600 is just the power of the wifi not the model.
