I have set of 3 camera (Wirefree) , with a base station. i see the 3 green lights on my base station . still its says could not find the device . Need helop to fix it.. I borrowed it from my friend its about an year old.. Thanks

Steps you need to follow –
1.Make sure its connected in the wall socket .No surge protector or extension.
2.Your base station and your device should be connected to same network .
3.Try resetting the base station.
4.Hold the reset button for 15 seconds on base station then release it.
5.Try using a different browser .

IF YOUR ARLO IS NOT WORKING IT MEANS IT IS NOT CONNECTED,FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CONFIGURE YOUR ARLO FIRST-
1.CONNECT YOUR BASE STATION WITH AN ETHERNET CABLE WITH YOUR ROUTER.
2.THEN OPEN http://WWW.ARLO.NETGEAR.COM AND CLICK ON NEW SETUP.
3.IT WILL DETECT YOUR BASE STATION AND THEN YOU NEED TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH ARLO.
4.LAST STEP IS TO SYNC ARLO CAMERA WITH YOUR BASE STATION.
