How to update firmware in the netgear r8000 router?









first you need to login with the netgear router with the help of the ip address :
https://192.168.1.1 and then,
it will take you to the login page .
And from their your need to click on the

connect your laptop with the ntgear router’s wifi network
open your browser and type this address:- 192.168.1.1
type your login information(default username is admin and password is password)
once you are successfully logged in, then go to the Advanced Option and click on the Administration and then clink update router firmware .

- Connect any of your wireless or wired devices to Netgear router's network.
- Open web browser and type http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1
- Type your username and password(Default is admin and password)
- Click on Advanced Tab and then got to Administration then click on Router Update
- Over there you will be able to do the firmware upgrade of your router.

then put the ip address on the long address bar that is 192.168.1.1
add your login information like your password and the username
once you get login select the administration tab
you will get the firmware update option over there
you can update the firmware over there

- connect your computer or smartphone with the router's network
- open your browser and type this address:- 192.168.1.1 or https://routerlogin.net
- Enter your login information(default username is admin and password is password)
- once you are logged in then go to the Advanced Tab
- Click on the Administration Tab
- Click on the Firmware upgrade and from there you can update your router's firmware.

Please follow these steps to update the firmware of your router :
- First you have to log into the web GUI with the help of the IP address that is 192.168.1.1.
- You need to log into the router and the go to administration . Choose the option of advance settings and you will get a option to update the firmware . Please click on check for update and it it is available update your firmware.
- Once you update the firmware , the router will reboot and the your have new firmware of your router.

- First you have to log into the web GUI with the help of the IP (http://192.168.1.1 or http://router.asus.com)
- Click Administration -> Operation Mode.
- Select Access Point(AP) mode and click Save.
- To automatically obtain LAN IP: Internet Setup > Get LAN IP automatically? > Select [Yes].
- Set up the Network name (SSID) and password for the Wireless setting.
- Click Apply to save all the settings. Done.
