  • There will be many reasons for that if your devices are not connecting with wireless…………………..first of all check out are you getting the internet connection on your router from the modem box…………….if not go ahead and power cycle your modem router and computer…….then go ahead and try to connect the devices again on your wifi ………..it will work ………….if not give us call at 1800-603-4024

  • first make sure you are connected on the router either on wifi or with an ethernet cable.
    then you need to open routerlogin.net or using the ip address 192.168.1.1
    if the page opens up,you will see a prompt where you need to enter the username – admin and password – password.
    if still the page is not opening up follow this guide to reset and setup the router again–
    1.first step is to reset the router so grab a paper clip and hold it in the reset hole of the router and then release it after 30 seconds you will see that the power light is orange now after the power light is green then follow the second step.
    2.Connect a Ethernet cable from modem to your router’s WAN port.
    3.Connect another cable from router to computer .
    4.Now open your browser and type in the address bar http://routerlogin.net .
    5.Select ‘Help me Choose’ and follow the instructions on the screen.
    6.Now you can connect your devices.

  • IF YOUR WIRELESS IS NOT WORKING YO CAN CHECK THE WIRELESS SETTINGS OF YOUR ROUTER . TO CHECK THE SETTINGS YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .

  • Steps you need to follow –

    1.Make sure your router is working if not try re-setup your router.
    To Re-setup your router-
    -First you need to unplug all the cables from your router.
    -Connect only power to your router.
    -Grab a paper clip and look for reset pinhole on router.
    -Hold the reset button for 30 seconds and release it.
    -Wait until your see power LED solid .It will take around 1 minute to reboot properly.
    -Now your router is on factory settings.
    2.Once you are done with the setup try resetting your device network setting.
    For IOS device –
    -Go to settings.
    -Select General.
    -Tap reset
    -Then select Network Reset.
    For Android-
    -Go to Settings.
    -Select Backup and Reset.
    -Tap on network setting Reset.
    3.After resetting you network on device try connecting again on Wireless it will work fine .
