My 2.4G network is not working and when I tried to fix it, my 5G network ceased functioning as well

In order to fix this issue, there are few methods that we can try on the router,which are:-

1. Try to restart the Router
2. Try to change the Channel and mode on the 2.4G Wifi Band
3. If there is new Firmware Available then install it and then check whether its working or not Otherwise Try to Downgrade the Firmware version and then check
4. Try to  Reset the Router (30-30-30 hard reset)

If above methods did'nt worked that means ,there is a hardware issue in the Router, you need to replace it.

There are few troubleshooting steps that we can perform on the router which are as follows:-

• Try to upgrade/downgrade the firmware of the router
• Try to restart your router
• Try to change the channel and the mode on the 2.4G band to 1,6 or 11
• Try resetting your router and reconfigure it again

If none of the above mentioned steps helped than you need to replace the router with new one.
