My amped Router’s 2.4G network is not working, what should i do?

You can try following steps in order to fix this issue:

• Try to upgrade the firmware of the router
• Try to restart your router
• Try to change the 2.4Ghz channel to 1,6 or 11
• Try to change the WiFi name and password
• If none of the above mentioned steps helped try to reset the router and reconfigure it again or you need to replace the router with new one.

There are few troubleshooting steps that we can perform on the router which are as follows:-

1. Try restarting your router
2. Try to change the channel and the mode on the 2.4G band
3. Downgrade the router's firmware and check if its working
4. Try resetting your router and reconfigure it again

If  methods are not working ,it means that there is a hardware issue in the router itself and in that case you need to replace your router.
