Not able to get default Gateway IP address of Asus Router through Ethernet Cable connection, what should i do?

1. You need to check the connection of router with the computer just check weather router is on  or not or check the ethernet connection.
2. You can try to reset the router by pressing and holding reset key for 30 seconds.
3. The last thing you can do is to reboot the router.

If you are not able to get the default IP address for you Asus Router follow  the instructions below:

• Make sure the router is On and Connected to your Computer Wireless or Via Ethernet Cable
• If you still Don't see the Default Ip address for the Router, Just reboot the router, Unplug it from the power socket wait for 10 Sec and Plug it back into the power.
• If still you don't get the IP, Press and Hold the reset button down for 30 Seconds and then try again.
• You should get the Default IP address then.

If your deafult gateway IP is not working in that case first restart your router and check the default IP that are you getting .

If it is not working then reset your router and then it will work.

First of all, Restart your router and after that check if you are getting the default ip address
and if its not working, then you have to reset your router and then it will work.

In order to find your default ip address of your router , follow the upcoming steps:-

1. If you are using windows computer , press and hold the window key from your keyboard and while pressing that key hit the letter R  on the same time. After you see a small window come up with Run on your computer screen . Type it here "CMD".
2. Here you see command prompt of your computer , please type it here "ipconfig" and hit enter. You will see deferent Ip addresses in your computer screen . The default IPV4 is your default Ip addresses.
