cannot connect to my TP-link archer vr 400
To connect TP-link archer vr 400 to the network connect TP-link archer vr 400 to the wall socket and press reset key for 30 seconds. Make sure it is close to the modem(maximum distance not more then 10 feet) Go to your computer or phone and open browser and type 192.168.1.1 in the top url bar. It will ask for your login information (default username and password is admin for both). Then it will open setup page. Just follow the instructions and your extender will get connect to the internet.
IN ORDER TO CONNECT THE TP LINK ARCHER VR 400 WE HAVE TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS
FIRST OF ALL WE HAVE TO PLUG THE ROUTER TO THE POWER SOCKET
THEN WE HAVE TO CONNECT THE CABLE FROM THE MODEM LAN PORT TO THE INTERNET PORT OF TP LINK ROUTER
THEN WE HAVE TO CONNECT THE COMPUTER WITH THEÂ TP LINK DEVICE WITH THE HELP OF AN ETHERNET CABLEÂ OR WIRELESSS
THEN LAUNCH A BROWSER IN THE COMPUTER AT THE VERY TOP OF THE BROWSER THERE IS A LONG ADDRESS BAR AND WE HAVE TO TYPE THERE E192.168.1.1 AND THEN HIT ENTER
IN THIS WAY WE CAN ABLE TO LOGIN ON THE PAGE OF THE TPLINK
USE admin FOR BOTH THEÂ DEFAULT USERNAME AND THE PASSWORD
AFTER THAT WE HAVE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONSÂ COMPLETE THE SETUP
In order to connect your Tp-Link Archer Vr400 to the internet Please follow the instructions below:
- Plug in the router to the power source
- Connect a cable from your modem's LAN port to the Internet port of the Tp-Link router
- Connect your computer to the Tplink using an Ethernet cable or via wi-fi
- pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.0.1 and hit enter
- you will get to the Tplink router login screen
- the default username and password "admin" & "admin"
- Rest follow the online instructions to complete the setup
If in case you still have an issue. Just reset the router and try the above steps again.
Try Restarting your Router and if it is still not working then in that case you need to reset your router and reconfigure it again
