not able be to setup my belkin n600 extender
To connect belkin n600 extender to the network connect belkin n600 extender to the wall socket and press reset key for 30 seconds. Make sure it is close to the modem(maximum distance not more then 10 feet) Go to your computer or phone and open browser and type 192.168.206.1 in the top url bar. It will ask for your login information (default username and password is admin for both). Then it will open setup page. Just follow the instructions and your extender will get connect to the internet.
Turn on your Extender
> Connect your smartphone or computer with the extender's network( you will see a network in the wifi list under the name of belkin.setup)
> once you are connnected ,then open your browser
> type this address:- 192.168.206.1
> Now it will take you to belkin setup page, so click on get started option
> Follow the instructions, and complete the setup process
> once your extender is configured then you can connect your wireless devices with extender's network.
In order to set up your Belkin range extender N600 please follow the instructions below:
- Plug the extender closer to the router for the initial setup
- Connect your computer to the extender wirelessly
- Pull up a browser at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.206.1
- you will reach the Belkin extender setup wizard
- Follow the On-screen instructions to complete the setup
