I just changed service providers from Frontier to Spectrum and I can't seem to get my ASUS to work




To connect asus router to the network & press reset key for 30 seconds. Once the light get stable connect modem with router with an ethernet cable. Go to your computer or phone and open browser and type 192.168.1.1 in the top url bar. It will ask for your login information (default username and password is admin for both). Then it will open setup page. Just follow the instructions and your router will get connect to the internet. Once it get configured you will see router dashboard. It means your router is configured.

In that case , we need to reconfigure the asus router again and for that we need to follow some steps:-
> first of all, Turn On your asus router and then wait for the lights to get stable
> now press and hold the reset button on the router for at least 30 seconds and release it.
> once the lights comes up again
> connect the ethernet cable between the asus router and your new modem(cable should be connected to the internet slot or the blue slot)
> then connect your computer with the asus router's network
> open the browser and then type this address:- https://router.asus.com or 192.168.50.1
> now follow the steps and complete the setup process
> once your setup is complete or once you see your asus router's dashboard , it means your router configured and you can connect your devices with the network
You can follow these steps to setup your Asus router:-
*If You made any kind of changes press the reset button of the router for 30 seconds while it's powered on.
>Now you need to wait for the router lights to get stable.
>Once the lights get stable connect any one of your wireless or wired devices with your router and do the setup process again by following the instructions given in steps.
>After completion of setup reboot your router and then after the lights get stable try to go online so that we come to know router setup done correctly.
>Once router lights get solid connect your devices to the router network and try to go online so that we can check that setup done successfully.
In that case , we need to reconfigure the asus router again and for that we need to follow some steps:-
